Las Vegas IT Support Analyst 

Be the face of our Las Vegas office—where tech expertise meets innovation. 

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year based on experience 
Compensation: Includes 15 days PTO Accrued, Health and Dental Benefits, 401K. 

We’re looking for a capable, self-driven IT Support Analyst who is ready to hit the ground running in our Las Vegas Office. We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills and is able to meet with new clients and do onsite network assessments.   

What You’ll Do 

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing client IT systems and identifying efficiencies and improving operational performance using technology.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Meeting with Clients and conducting network assessments and infrastructure audits at client sites 
  • Providing technical leadership and solutions aligned with client needs 
  • Provide onsite and remote support for clients during office hours.  
  • Performing system maintenance, patching, and cybersecurity tasks when necessary 
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtual environments 
  • Supporting Client Servers potentially including VMWare or Hyper-V  
  • Configuring and troubleshooting networking systems (firewalls, switches, VPNs) 
  • Advising clients on AI-powered tools and workflow automations 
  • Acting as a professional brand ambassador for Netsmart in the Las Vegas region 

Who we need 

You’re an experienced IT professional who thrives in autonomous settings, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering results. You’re also curious about how AI can transform IT and business. 

Your technical strengths include: 

  • Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive 
  • Azure – Entra ID, Intune, cloud configuration 
  • Cybersecurity – Endpoint protection and configuration and other cyber security controls 
  • Windows Server – Active Directory, GPOs, system reliability 
  • Virtualization – VMware or Hyper-V management 
  • Networking – Firewalls, switches, routing, and network security fundamentals is an asset 

Certifications  

Please list any and all certifications that you posses such as:  

  • Microsoft: MS-100, AZ-104, MS-500 
  • Cybersecurity: Security+, CISSP, CEH, CySA+ 
  • Networking: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto ACE 
  • Any credentials related to AI, automation, or emerging technologies are also valued 

Requirements 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. 
  • Must be based In Las Vegas, Nevada 
  • Fluent in reading and writing English 
  • Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license and reliable vehicle 
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, support local clients, and report to the CEO 
  • No Criminal Record and is Bondable  
  • Must complete a background check prior to hire as the job requires working with sensitive data and secure networks  
  • Professional demeanor.

Remote Night Shift IT Support Analyst – Las Vegas 

In a city that never sleeps, reliable 24/7 IT Support matters more than ever. 

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year based on experience

We’re looking for a dependable and self-driven Remote Night Shift IT Support Analyst to provide after-hours support for our client base. The role involves providing support to a variety of IT Systems and meeting tight SLAs.  

This fully remote position runs Monday through Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST. This position is ideal for someone who has a proper home office setup, can work independently, and be reliable.  

Additional hours are also available for those individuals who want to work extra time on weekends or extended hours.  

What You’ll Do 

You’ll be our trusted night-time IT Support Technician who will oversee mostly casino type systems and resolve some issues remotely but also escalate tickets to on-site support technicians.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Monitoring and responding to incoming tickets via ticketing platform 
  • Performing scheduled maintenance, patching, and doing software updates 
  • Providing remote support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments 
  • Running nightly checks on system health, backups, and cybersecurity tools 
  • Escalating critical issues when needed and documenting activities for the day team to follow up 

Who we need   

We’re looking for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in their work. You must be professional and customer service orientated and able to respond quickly to incoming tickets.   

You should have experience with: 

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) 
  • Azure (Intune, Entra ID, user and device management) 
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, GPOs, backups) 
  • Hardware/Software Troubleshooting   
  • Endpoint security tools and system monitoring 

Additional Skills (Optional): 

  • Certifications: MS-100, AZ-104, Security+, Network+, etc. 
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) 
  • AI Experience: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc 

Requirements

  • Reliable and fast home internet 
  • A professional and quiet dedicated workspace 
  • Comfortable being awake and working during the night shift 
  • Based in Las Vegas
